LiftOFF Technology
Company Description

Lithium-ion batteries have three fundamental shortcomings: a limit of how much energy they can store, inherent safety risks from reactive materials, and dependency on scarce, expensive metals such as nickel and cobalt. These issues hinder the electrification of high-performance sectors such as aviation, maritime, and edge-AI systems.
By leveraging new battery materials, LiftOFF Technology aims to improve both energy density and cell safety, and plugs into an existing supply chain of abundant and domestically available elements. Designed as a drop-in solution, cell manufacturing can be scaled with existing infrastructure.
LiftOFF Technology batteries are designed to be lighter and safer than existing and next-generation alternatives, leap-frogging industry standards with domestically produced technology.
